Senior Professional Engineer with over thirty years of experience delivering comprehensive geotechnical engineering, environmental engineering, special inspections, construction management, material engineering, instrumentation and monitoring, regulatory compliance, and project management services.

Mr. Khardzeishvili supports the team in both design and construction phases, including designing geotechnical subsurface exploration programs, developing subsurface profiles, supervising the field investigations, interpreting and presenting geotechnical laboratory results, conducting design calculations, preparing geotechnical design recommendations and construction considerations reports, and drafting proposals and contract documents. His experience in design and construction includes shallow foundations, deep foundations (driven and drilled piles), retaining wall evaluations, pavement design and placement, and Support of Excavation (SOE) design and installation, seismic and liquefaction evaluations, settlement analysis, and soil improvements among many others.

Furthermore, Mr. Khardzeishvili has performed Environmental Compliance Management, Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Phase II Subsurface Investigations, Regulatory Compliance Assessments, Permitting, Asbestos inspections, Lead-Based Paint Surveys, Perimeter and CAMP monitoring, and soil and Water sampling and analyses.

He is proficient in all special inspections including steel, concrete, masonry, soils, shallow and deep foundations, firestopping, fireproofing, seismic and wind resistance, EIFS systems, waterproofing, ADA, energy code, and many others.

Mr. Khardzeishvili has administered and managed large-scale special inspection programs for major private developers and public agencies including NYCSCA, NYC DDC, DASNY, NYCHA, OGS, MTACC, NYSDOT, CONED, NYCT, LIRR, and numerous others. His leadership has contributed to the timely and on-budget completion of hundreds of complex, high-risk construction projects, including super-tall towers, transit infrastructure, hospitals, airports, bridges, and large-scale public facilities.
